How Does It Work?
This toy consists of four components: Pump, Cars, Balloons and Extras (depending on package selection). The balloon is attached to the car and then connected to the pump. By using the lever, the balloon is inflated. Finally, the button on the pump is pressed, releasing a small amount of air from the balloon. This causes the car to move forward. The child learns here Isaac's Newton third rule of motion: for every action there is an equivalent opposite reaction. The air is pushed out of the back of the car while the car moves forward! Physics has never been so simple.
